The VOYAGE 480 is a 49-foot catamaran built in fiberglass with twin mini-keels and a fractional sloop rig. Powered by two 90-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines, it cruises at 7 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 9 knots under power. The design balances offshore capability with manageable size, featuring slender hulls and a generous sail area of approximately 1,320 square feet that deliver good performance across varying conditions. The wide 25-foot beam and low center of gravity provide excellent stability, while the hull design emphasizes seaworthiness for extended passages and bluewater sailing.

The interior accommodates six cabins and four heads across a layout that maximizes volume and livability. The salon and galley sit amidships with good headroom of approximately 6 feet 4 inches, opening to panoramic views and flowing seamlessly to the spacious aft cockpit with dining area and helm station. The galley includes a double-drawer refrigerator, top-loading chest freezer, microwave, ice maker, and full equipment for extended cruising. Additional single berths in the forepeaks provide extra sleeping capacity.

Onboard systems include full air conditioning, a 6-kilowatt generator, and a watermaker for self-sufficiency. The heads are electric with separate showers. Entertainment features a flat-screen television and sound system with multiple speaker zones. A propane barbecue is mounted on the aft deck under cover. Storage is distributed throughout, and a 12-volt dinghy with 15-horsepower outboard is included for tender duties.
