The 2019 Yamaha 210 FSH Sport is a 21-foot fiberglass center console jet boat built around dual Yamaha TR-1 High Output marine engines mounted within the hull. This design choice keeps the transom completely open for fishing, watersports, and swimming while delivering the performance and handling advantages of twin engines. The boat measures 8.5 feet across the beam and rides on Yamaha's Articulating Keel for improved stability and tracking at all speeds.

The layout combines fishing functionality with family comfort. The wide bow seats four adults on removable padded cushions, with an insulated fish locker under the starboard seat and dedicated anchor storage. Storage compartments occupy the sole, port bow, and two large consoles, while the helm console lifts to reveal deep stowage that doubles as a changing room or head compartment with an included curtain enclosure on this Sport model. A removable cooler fits beneath the padded leaning post, which features a backrest and converts to face the helm for added versatility on the Deluxe and Sport trims.

Fishing amenities include coaming pads, rod holders for 14 rods, a 26-gallon aerated live well, and Yamaha's Jet Wash system for cockpit cleanup. The helm carries a simple-to-remove windshield, stainless steel sport wheel, and flush-mount electronics panel with a 4.3-inch Yamaha Connext Touchscreen Display (NMEA compatible). The Sport model includes a custom T-top. A two-tier swim platform with retractable stern ladder and tow eye rounds out the transom, alongside the clean-out ports standard to Yamaha jet drive boats.
