2020 Azimut 72

The Azimut 72 is a 74-foot flybridge yacht built in 2020 with a fiberglass hull and twin MAN V12 diesel engines producing 1,400 horsepower each. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 32 knots and cruises comfortably at 26 knots. Designed by naval architect Stefano Righini, it features dynamic lines, expansive panoramic windows, and a spacious flybridge for outdoor entertaining. The interior design by Carlo Galeazzi balances sophistication with practical comfort, with abundant natural light throughout the main saloon and a fully equipped modern galley.

The yacht accommodates six cabins and five heads, including an owner's suite positioned amidships with premium finishes. The main saloon benefits from large windows that flood the space with natural light and create an open, welcoming layout. The generous flybridge serves as a true outdoor living area, equipped with a bar, dining space, sunpad, and an advanced helm station.

Systems aboard include a Seakeeper stabilization system for smooth motion underway and at anchor, a watermaker for independent fresh water production, bow and stern thrusters for enhanced maneuvering, and dual 19-kilowatt generators. Climate control extends throughout all habitable spaces. A hydraulic tender platform aft facilitates water toys. Recent work includes a 400-hour engine service with new heat exchangers and pumps, fresh platform and bridge actuators, new 120-amp service batteries installed in November 2024, and updates to generator, air conditioning, and Seakeeper systems.
