The 2020 Bali 4.6 is a 46-foot sailing catamaran with a fiberglass hull and 25-foot beam, built to CE Ocean certification. Designed by Xavier Fay, the boat features the signature Bali "OpenSpace" concept with a large saloon-cockpit area, the distinctive Bali door, and expansive windows that flood the interior with natural light and ventilation. Twin Yammer diesel engines of 57 horsepower drive the catamaran for comfortable cruising, supported by an 11kW Onan generator.
The interior accommodates four staterooms across the twin hulls. The master cabin is located in the starboard hull with an en-suite head. Two additional guest cabins include one with a double bed and en-suite, and another with bunk beds. A crew cabin allows for one crew member. The layout prioritizes comfort and well-being with thoughtful seating areas throughout. The saloon features a hydraulically-assisted tilting door and a swinging opening window forward to the cockpit.
Onboard systems include two service batteries of 130 amps each, an 80-amp charger, and a 2000-amp 12V/220V inverter supporting 220V/50Hz shore power. Navigation equipment comprises a Raymarine autopilot, Axiom 7 chart plotter, GPS, and a 12-inch AIS transceiver with depth, wind, and log displays. A Raymarine VHF radio and HiFi Fusion radio with Bluetooth round out communications and entertainment.
The galley includes a gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a 6kg washer-dryer combination. The boat carries a capacity of 800 liters for both fuel and fresh water, with a 55-liter grey water tank. A 1700W windlass manages anchoring, and safety equipment includes a life raft rated for eight persons.
