2020 Beneteau Antares 9 OB

This 2020 Beneteau Antares 9 OB is a 27-foot pilothouse with twin 400 hp Mercury outboards, capable of 42 knots at full speed and 26 knots cruising. Built for offshore voyages, the boat combines a practical layout with substantial systems upgrades focused on extended-range cruising and electrical independence.

Power and electrical systems have been extensively upgraded for offshore capability. The boat carries a 1120Ah LiFePO4 battery bank paired with a Victron Multiplus 3000W inverter/charger and dual 50A DC-DC chargers drawing from the engine alternators. A 400W solar panel with MPPT controller supplements charging. This configuration supports a Velair 16,000 BTU variable-speed air conditioner that draws only 800W at full capacity, enabling 18+ hours of operation per battery charge alone. Starter power comes from dual Redodo lithium batteries.

Navigation and control systems were updated in 2025 with a Garmin GPSMAP 1243, Garmin autopilot, Sionyx night vision camera, and upgraded hydraulic steering rack. The cabin layout includes sleeping areas in the saloon and stern, dinette with cushion conversion, and a galley with minifridge and microwave. Overhead AC ducting cools the main cabin. The boat comes with bow and stern cushions, stern table, and stern bed platform.

The package includes a triple-axle aluminum trailer suitable for towing and transport.
