2020 Beneteau Oceanis 41.1

This 2020 Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 is a 39-foot cruising sailboat designed by Finot-Conq, built around a fiberglass hull with a distinctive hard chine carried well aft. That chine design accomplishes three things: it expands interior volume to rival much larger boats, improves form stability when heeled, and works with the twin rudders to deliver precise steering control and tracking. The boat is CE Category A ocean-rated and powered by a single 45-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine.

The three-cabin, two-head layout maximizes accommodation and natural light throughout. The master cabin features a large off-center double berth with an en-suite head and starboard bathroom. Two symmetrical aft cabins benefit from the wide hull, each with queen-sized berths, standing headroom, and generous storage. The main galley is spacious and L-shaped with substantial refrigeration and freezer space. Hull ports and panoramic windows flood the interior with daylight.

The deck is designed for short-handed sailing. The cockpit centers on a large drop-leaf table seating six, with all primary control lines led aft to allow one person to manage sails from the helm. Twin helm stations provide excellent visibility. The in-mast furling system lets you reef, set, and stow the mainsail from the cockpit in seconds. A robust bow includes a deep anchor locker and electric windlass. The patented transom swim platform drops to create a beach and boarding area.
