The 2020 Bonefish Malvado 26 is a high-performance bay boat built with Kevlar construction and powered by a single Mercury Verado 350 hp engine. The engine has 1,020 hours and the 1,000-hour service has been completed. The boat is fitted with a ventilated twin-step VPad hull, Seastar Optimus steering, and Lenco hydraulic trim tabs for responsive handling in shallow water.
The boat accommodates up to 10 people across its layout. The enclosed console provides protection, and jump seats with grab handles line the gunwales. Fishing-focused features include a 6-foot-wide fish box, two livewells, lockable rod storage with flush-mount rod holders, and a tilt-out tackle station. Tackle storage is distributed throughout, and a swim platform with ladder provides water access.
Additional equipment comprises a Garmin Bay System 8612 12-inch display paired with an AirMar through-hull transducer and a Garmin transom-mount transducer for down and side-view sonar. Navigation and anchoring are supported by a Rhodan GPS trolling motor with 120 pounds of thrust and a Bob's Machine jackplate. Twin Powerpoles provide station-keeping capability. A Wet Sounds stereo system with subwoofer and four speakers is aboard; the stereo requires replacement. The boat includes a 4-bank battery charger and comes with an aluminum tandem-axle Rocket trailer.
