2020 Custom Boathouse 38’X15’

This custom aluminum boathouse measures 38 feet by 15 feet and was built in 2020. A 2016 refit addressed core structural and functional elements, including new floatation framing, siding, roof, electrical systems, and the addition of a storage loft and workshop space.

The boathouse provides secure shelter for a yacht while offering practical workspace on the water. The layout incorporates storage capacity through the elevated loft and dedicated workshop area, making it suitable for both vessel protection and water-based work or projects.
