This 125-foot custom schooner was relaunched in 2020 after a comprehensive rebuild and refit. Built using traditional methods with a solid oak keel and planking, mahogany superstructure, and Burma teak deck, the yacht combines classical construction with modern systems. She is powered by two MAN diesel engines producing 1,120 horsepower, with a cruising speed of 10 knots and maximum speed of 13 knots.
The interior features ten cabins and nine heads, offering substantial accommodation for cruising. During the 2019 refit, the yacht was extensively rebuilt: the hull exterior and planking were found to be in sound condition, while the interior and superstructure were completely stripped and reconstructed. All mechanical and electrical systems were replaced, and the traditional wooden rig was upgraded to a modern aluminum rig.
The result is a yacht that integrates contemporary equipment and systems with her traditional wooden hull and classic design heritage. The combination of proven wooden-boat construction with updated rigging, engines, and onboard systems creates a seaworthy cruising platform suited to extended Mediterranean voyaging.
