The 2020 Evadne Rock 85 is an aluminum-hulled explorer yacht designed by Dutch studio Vripack. Built to CE Category A ocean certification, she combines efficient performance with distinctive styling. Twin Caterpillar C12.9 diesel engines producing 1,000 horsepower each deliver a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. The shallow 1.8-meter draft allows access to anchorages and shallow-water destinations across varied regions.
The yacht's interior spans 170 square meters with 140 square meters of exterior deck space, offering exceptional volume for her 80-foot length. Accommodation includes four staterooms sleeping up to 8 guests: a full-beam master suite on the main deck with private balcony and underwater lighting, two VIP suites, and two twin cabins. All guest areas feature large panoramic windows for natural light. Dedicated crew quarters provide space for three crew members.
The boat is equipped with Mastervolt Lithium-Ion batteries and solar panels capable of powering air conditioning, full house loads, and the stabilizer system for up to 12 hours without running generators. This enables silent overnight anchorages. The yacht holds a shallow draft of 1.8 meters and a displacement of 114 tonnes with a gross registered tonnage of 145.
