This 2020 Hallberg-Rassy 44 is a fiberglass cruising yacht built to the Swedish yard's exacting standards. At 47.4 feet overall with a 13.8-foot beam, she sits low and steady in the water, displacing 13.3 tons with a draft of 2.1 meters. A single Volvo Penta D2-75 engine of 75 horsepower powers her at a cruising speed of 8.5 knots, supported by fuel capacity of 420 liters and 745 liters of fresh water. The engine and generator have logged just 900 and 100 hours respectively since launch.

Below deck, three cabins accommodate the cruising family or guests, with two heads each fitted with electric flush toilets. The aft cabin features a central berth with an upgraded mattress. The saloon is appointed with mahogany joinery, teak accents on deck, and includes a retractable 40-inch television. Navigation and helm stations are equipped with a full Raymarine suite: AXIOM PRO 12 and AXIOM XL16 displays, Quantum 2 Q24 Doppler radar, AIS 700, and p70 autopilot. A Raymarine i70 repeater sits at each corner of the windshield.

Systems throughout reflect serious cruising ambitions. A 6-kilowatt Whisper Genverter diesel generator backs a 700-amp-hour service battery bank and 3000-watt Combi inverter, with shore power connectivity at 50 amps. Climate control includes two independent 230-volt air conditioning units and a Webasto Airtop heater. The galley houses a Force 10 gas stove and twin refrigerator-freezers, while hot and cold running water systems serve saloon and heads. A washing machine, shower on the bathing platform, and hydraulic platform lift add comfort underway.

The rig is electric and capable: Selden furling mast with electric control, Elvstrom FatFurl mainsail, 107% genoa with UV strip, and Code 0 halyard. Lewmar electric winches and a hydraulic backstay tensioner with vang simplify sail handling. Retractable bow and stern thrusters, electric windlass with chain counter, and dual-speed GORI propeller with rope cutter round out the engineering. A Zodiac Air Deck dinghy with Yamaha 2.5-horsepower outboard is included. The boat has cruised the Mediterranean from 2020 to 2024 and remains the original owner's single vessel.
