2020 Hanse 508

The 2020 Hanse 508 is a 51-foot cruising sailboat built from fiberglass with a beam of 15.58 feet. Powered by a single Yanmar diesel engine of 80 hp, the yacht combines modern German design with practical sailing features. The hull incorporates the Hanse Easy Sailing concept, which centers on a self-tacking jib and all control lines routed to the helm, reducing the complexity of solo sailing. The teak bathing platform folds out from the stern, and the cockpit features a double helm station.

Below deck, the layout accommodates five cabins and three heads, configured for charter use. The saloon features an adjustable table, cabin fans throughout, and the interior takes advantage of six windows in the aft cabins that flood the space with light. The forward double cabins can be combined into a single owner's suite by removing the interior partition. All equipment aboard—including safety gear and galley provisions—is included.

The yacht is equipped with an integrated electronics package and autopilot for passage-making. A bowthruster assists with maneuvering, and a dinghy with outboard engine is on board. The engine hours reflect delivery from the build location to Greece, with approximately 120 hours recorded.
