This 2020 Hardy Pontoon Boats custom build is a heavy-duty work platform designed to transport substantial loads. The 30-foot aluminum hull rides on twin 39-inch-diameter pontoons, each segmented into six welded airtight compartments. The reinforced aluminum platform features extra-thick construction with welded cross members and longitudinal support beams, surrounded by a welded aluminum barrier for containment. The boat carries a rated capacity of 25,000 pounds including its own weight and engines.

Power comes from dual 115 hp Yamaha engines equipped with 325 hours of service. Fuel capacity totals 70 gallons across two integrated tanks. The boat is fitted with twin loading ramps, each rated for 9,000 pounds, complete with bow attachment system. A custom-manufactured heavy-duty trailer is included.

The aluminum construction throughout—pontoons, platform, barriers, and frame—is built to withstand the demands of equipment transport and heavy-use service. This pontoon was purpose-built for functional work rather than recreational use, with every component selected for durability and load-bearing capability.
