This 2020 HM Powerboats 7.1 RIB is a 23-foot composite-hulled runabout powered by a Yamaha 150 hp engine. The hull design draws from the Phantom 21 monohull, known for stable and predictable handling in varied conditions. The boat is finished in grey with Hypalon tubes and features a teak deck with stainless steel fittings throughout.

The console includes a carbon fiber steering wheel with tilt and power steering, a tinted 6mm windshield, five stainless grab handles, LED lighting, and a built-in fuse board. Navigation equipment comprises a Garmin 922 GPS chartplotter, VHF radio, and compass. A Jensen marine stereo with four speakers—two forward and two aft—provides entertainment. The boat carries twin batteries with charger and automatic bilge pump.

Seating is waterproof with white upholstery and grey piping, including a full-size bow cushion with storage. The deck is closed-cell foam infused with resin and finished with gel coat, fitted with two 8-inch drains and pull-up stainless cleats. The fuel tank is stainless steel.
