The Lagoon 620 Essence is a 62-foot production catamaran built in 2020, designed for extended cruising and long-range voyaging. Twin Yanmar diesel engines deliver 340 horsepower, giving the boat a cruising speed of 9 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots. The fiberglass hulls span 32 feet across the beam, providing the volume and stability that define this class.
The Essence layout positions the galley in the central saloon, with an owner's suite and VIP cabin to starboard and three guest cabins to port, plus a crew cabin forward. Five heads serve the accommodation spaces. A hydraulic swim platform with integrated tender lift provides convenient water access.
The yacht is equipped with B&G Zeus 3 electronics and features a large flybridge with twin helm stations, a panoramic saloon, and an engineered sail-handling system. A hydraulic tender lift and swimming platform are fitted. The mainsail was replaced in July 2025, and the main engines were newly installed in 2024.
