2020 Princess F50

The 2020 Princess F50 is a 51-foot flybridge yacht built in fiberglass with twin Volvo Penta IPS 800 diesel engines delivering 600 horsepower each. The boat features joystick control at dual helm stations, a Dynamic Positioning System, and a bowthruster with remote control for enhanced manoeuvrability. Additional performance features include Volvo Automatic Interceptor trim tabs with both manual and automatic modes integrated into the engine controls and multifunction displays.

Below decks, the interior is finished in walnut with satin details, including V-groove timber flooring throughout the forward saloon, helm area, galley, and aft saloon. The main stateroom includes a sideboard, while bathroom countertops are Carrara White Solid Surface with matching satin-finish flooring. The galley is fitted with a full-height fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Grey Horizon worktops. A combination washing machine and dryer is installed below the companionway stairs. Climate control includes reverse-cycle air conditioning with tropical specification up to 40°C, heating, and a windscreen demist system.

The flybridge features a wetbar with sink, electric griddle, and BBQ, along with a teak laid deck. Topside, teak extends to the side decks and foredeck, while the transom platform has electro-hydraulic raise and lower capability with dinghy chock system. The boat carries 50 metres of anchor chain, a Scandinavian pulpit with opening bow, and a stainless steel bowsprit with teak bow ladder and boarding gates. Bimini and cockpit covers in grey canvas are included, along with an electro-hydraulic cockpit table.

Navigation equipment comprises dual 16-inch Garmin multifunction displays at both helm stations with GPS, chartplotter, echo sounder, and engine instrumentation. An 24-inch Garmin XHD colour radar with 4kW radome, Garmin AIS Class B transponder, and Garmin VHF/DSC radio with intercom complete the communications package. An 11kW Onan generator with hydrohush exhaust system powers auxiliary systems including the air conditioning and onboard entertainment, which includes Fusion audio systems throughout with television packages in the saloon and owner's stateroom.
