2020 Sabre 48 Salon Express

The 2020 Sabre 48 Salon Express is a modern Down East motor yacht combining classic exterior styling with an open, light-filled interior. Twin Volvo Penta IPS 700 diesel engines deliver 1,100 horsepower total, with joystick control and quiet helm operation. The boat cruises at 24 knots and reaches 33 knots at full throttle. A Seakeeper gyro, trim tabs, and hydraulic controls enhance handling and comfort underway.

The expansive cockpit opens into a spacious salon lined with large windows and sliding glass doors. Below deck are three staterooms: a mid-ship primary with an ensuite head and regular-shaped bed, a forward VIP cabin, and a third stateroom or utility space beneath the salon. The galley is well appointed, and the cabin layout provides ample storage throughout.

Recent work includes engine service, a new lithium battery upgrade to the house bank, a carbon cat tender, and hull buffing and waxing. Additional equipment includes a Seakeeper, diesel heating, Starlink satellite connectivity, a 120v/240v transformer, and an extra freezer in the utility room.
