The 2020 Scout 175 Sport Dorado is a 17-foot dual-console boat built on a composite hull and powered by a single 90 hp Yamaha outboard, capable of 35 knots. The boat carries a Yamaha F90 engine with 378 hours on the gauge, backed by annual 100-hour services including one completed within the past eight months. Navigation is handled by a Garmin system, and the boat rides on a two-year-old trailer.

The layout centres on dual consoles fitted with windscreens and grab rails, tilt steering, and Bay Star hydraulic steering.
