2020 Sun Tracker Party Barge 20 DLX

This 2020 Sun Tracker Party Barge 20 DLX is a 22-foot aluminum pontoon built to accommodate up to 10 people while remaining manageable enough for two people to tow and launch. Powered by a single 90-horsepower Mercury engine, it reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots and cruises at 17 knots. The boat has never entered saltwater and was kept in a driveway under a steel cover, seeing only light use before its owner decided to move to a different type of boat.

The layout centers on comfort and storage, with dual bow lounges, a midship L-lounge, and an aft L-lounge—all featuring STOW MORE compartments accessible from both the seat backs and underseat areas. A 9-foot Bimini top with quick-lift deployment provides shade, and the molded console integrates helm controls, cooler storage, and a Bluetooth stereo. The full-width swim platform includes an oversized boarding ladder and is fitted with a stainless steel transom-mounted tow system for water toys.

The boat carries numerous upgrades beyond the base model. A second accessory battery with advanced charging (both batteries new as of 2024) supports extended anchoring and electronics use. A Garmin GPS and depth finder with East Coast mapping and sonar capability is mounted at the helm, alongside a Coast Guard-approved Uniden 25-watt VHF radio. A Lilipad diving board with new non-slip cushioned surface attaches to the swim platform. Additional features include an aluminum ramp system mounted under the bow, upgraded courtesy and docking lights controlled from the helm, USB charging ports, a Panther custom mount for small outboards up to 30 horsepower, and an upgraded anchor suitable for stronger tidal currents.

Maintenance has been consistent: oil changes twice yearly, spark plugs annually, and full winterization with fogging each fall. A fuel filter was replaced last year, and the engine received professional service this month including a proactive impeller replacement. The deck remains solid, seating is in near-new condition, and new docking and trailering covers with straps are included along with brand-new fenders and dock lines.
