This 2020 Thoroughbred 102-foot houseboat features a fiberglass superstructure built over a 3/16-inch aluminum hull. Twin MerCruiser 4.5L engines rated at 250 horsepower each power the boat through Bravo II outdrives, supported by dual 20KW Westerbeke generators for extended operation away from shore. The boat is equipped with front and rear thrusters with wireless controls and a 4000W inverter system with battery bank.

The layout includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms with hardwood flooring, granite countertops, custom maple cabinetry, and tiled showers throughout. The main salon features a fireplace and upgraded galley finishes. Cedar-lined closets and crown molding finish the interior spaces, while a dual water-source HVAC system maintains climate control.

The upper deck prioritizes entertainment with a 72-foot rear entertainment area, 36-foot fiberglass party top, custom bars with sink and refrigerator, icemaker, grill cabinet, and expansive open-air seating. A Sumerset-style flybridge provides additional gathering space. The lower decks include full plasdeck construction.
