2020 Tidewater 2700 Carolina Bay

The 2020 Tidewater 2700 Carolina Bay is a 27-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass modified-vee hull designed for stability and responsiveness. Powered by a single Yamaha 425 XTO Offshore engine, it cruises at 35 knots with a maximum speed of 60 knots, making it well-suited for both serious fishing and recreational boating.

The boat is configured with bow seating featuring removable backrests, triple fold-down jump seats aft, and a deluxe leaning post with integrated storage. Two aerated livewells—one 30-gallon and one 12-gallon—support fishing operations. The high-freeboard Carolina-style hull design provides a dry ride, while a fiberglass three-step swim platform and glass windshield enhance usability and comfort.

Navigation and fish-finding equipment includes a 12-inch Garmin GPS chartplotter with integrated sounder and a JL Audio premium sound system. A Minn Kota Riptide Terrova trolling motor with recessed windlass anchor, dual jack plate, and trim tabs round out the primary systems.
