This 2021 Adonia custom houseboat measures 81 feet by 18 feet and features a reverse floorplan design combining luxury accommodations with premium technology throughout. Built from aluminum, the yacht is powered by twin upgraded MerCruiser diesel engines of 250 horsepower each, paired with Bravo II drives and a bow thruster for enhanced maneuverability. Dual helm stations include autopilot systems, and the boat operates on 700 gallons of diesel fuel capacity with an additional 250-gallon toy tank. Twin 25-kilowatt diesel generators provide power, supported by dual 4000-watt inverters and a comprehensive battery and shore power system with dual 50-amp connections.

Accommodations sleep up to 24 adults across multiple areas: an upper-level king master suite with private bath and ceiling fan, a main-level king master suite with full bath, four queen-berth cuddy cabins with storage, and two dedicated children's sleeping areas. The galley features granite and quartz countertops with stainless appliances including two full refrigerator-freezers, a dishwasher, microwave, gas range, ice maker, and washer-dryer. A reverse osmosis water purification system with dual UV filtration provides unlimited fresh water. Climate control includes dual water source heat pumps and dual electric water heaters.

The upper deck centers on entertainment with a full outdoor kitchen featuring a gas range, BBQ grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, and custom bars. A fire pit lounge area adjoins premium day beds and a large dining section seating ten. Inside, the yacht combines residential luxury with leather sofas, a dining table for eight, custom furnishings, tile flooring, and vinyl ceilings. An upgraded audio-visual system spans the interior and exterior with multiple HD LED televisions, lift systems, Blu-Ray players, premium surround sound, and an Intellian in-motion satellite system.

The boat includes a custom personal watercraft deck with four PWC winches, aluminum ramps, three personal watercraft, and a swim platform with teak-style flooring and water stairs.
