2021 Ascend 9R Sport Sit-On

The 2021 Ascend 9R is a recreational sit-on-top kayak measuring 9 feet in length, built using a one-piece rotomolded tunnel hull designed for stability in flat, calm water. The open floor plan and short, lightweight construction make it straightforward to transport and store.

The boat features a raised, padded four-point adjustable seat with neoprene-covered closed-cell foam back support. Storage includes molded-in drink holders, a weathertight deck plate compartment, side pockets, and molded storage trays. A quick-rest molded parallel channel serves as a temporary paddle holder. The design incorporates six self-draining scupper drains positioned at the fore, midship, and aft sections, along with molded-over rubber grip handles at the bow and stern.
