The 2021 Barletta 23UC is a 23-foot aluminum pontoon built with heavy-duty construction throughout. It features 26-inch-diameter pontoon tubes, a full-length solid keel, and a hybrid crossmember configuration combining box, I-beam, and C-channel elements for structural integrity. The 20-inch transom supports a reinforced stern tube design, while wave tamers run the full length of the exterior tubes. The deck is constructed from 7-ply 3/4-inch plywood in Tessa Gray, topped with a full-length protective coat.

The helm sits on a raised platform with a highback reclining swivel seat, U-Flex EZ Steer mechanical steering, and a premium steering wheel. A Hook 5 GPS fish and depth finder is integrated, along with an underhelm storage pocket, wireless phone charger, and glove box. The layout includes an extended activity and swim deck with a stainless steel starboard stern ladder and flip-up stainless cleats.
