2021 Blue Wave 2800 Makaira

The 2800 Makaira is a 27-foot fiberglass center console built for serious fishing and near-shore exploration. Twin Mercury 300hp V-8 Verado engines power the boat, each with just 219 hours of operation. The shallow draft design allows access to bay waters while the 135-gallon fuel capacity supports extended runs to offshore grounds.

The layout maximizes working space with a wide cockpit and generous deck area suited to handling large game fish. Rod storage is integrated into the gunwales, and the bow offers dedicated seating. A Frigid Rigid coffin box serves as both forward lounge and storage, while toe kicks and combing bolsters add functional comfort throughout.

The console includes a porta potti option and interior access, paired with substantial stowage throughout. Bow seating, standard equipment, and thoughtful use of space balance comfort with the practical demands of fishing operations. A trailer is included.
