The 2021 Boston Whaler 420 Outrage is a 42-foot sportfish yacht powered by four Mercury Verado 400 engines delivering 1,600 horsepower total. Built on a fiberglass hull, the boat combines open-water capability with thoughtful onboard spaces. The bow features expansive seating and a bow table with teak and cushions. The helm area includes a convertible design with both a main station and flybridge, both equipped with joystick piloting for precise control.

The cabin is well-appointed with an enclosed head and teak interior package, supporting comfortable overnight cruising and entertaining. The cockpit includes a fold-out bench seat and freezer, with tackle storage across port and starboard. Additional features include RUPP outriggers, trolling seats, full side glass for rough-water conditions, and a stainless steel tow eye. A Fisher Panda 10-kilowatt diesel generator and SeaKeeper 6 gyroscope provide onboard stability and power.

Electronics are comprehensive, with three 16-inch Raymarine Axiom XL touchscreens at the main helm, a 9-inch Axiom display on the flybridge, and RealVision 3D sonar with direct connection. Open array radar includes satellite weather capability and Raymarine Augmented Reality. Navigation systems include AIS receiver, Sirius satellite radio, and an updated Airmar B164 transducer. Underwater lighting and transom receptacles round out the systems.

Recent updates include ceramic coating, new batteries, fresh engine service, and head system work, all completed in 2025. The engines and generator run approximately 550 hours. The Mercury Active Trim System operates at both stations.
