2021 Contender 39 Fisharound

This 2021 Contender 39 Fisharound is a fiberglass walkaround powered by three Yamaha 425 engines delivering 1,275 horsepower. Built for both fishing performance and extended comfort, the boat combines the open-deck functionality of a center console with cabin amenities more typical of larger sport fishers. The hull measures 39 feet in length with a 10.83-foot beam.

The cabin includes a sleeping berth, galley with microwave, electric head, and climate control with 8,000 BTU air conditioning and heating. The salon features a flat-screen television and shore power system. Topside, an expansive XL coffin lounger and three-sided polycarbonate enclosure with wings provide comfort and weather protection. Fresh water capacity is 50 gallons.

The fishing layout is comprehensive. Dual 45-gallon livewells with lights, two insulated aft fishboxes with macerator pump, a forward insulated fishbox, and a sea chest pump box support active fishing. Electric reel outlets are installed for convenience. A fresh and saltwater washdown system, Garelick ladder system, and multi-color spreader, under-gunnel, and underwater lighting round out the working features.

Electronics and automation include dual Simrad NSS EVO3 16-inch screens, Simrad Open Array radar, Nite Track night vision camera, autopilot with wireless remote, dual ICOM VHF radios, and a transducer with Active Imaging. Additional features include recessed trim tabs, a high-output JL audio system, and electric storage under the berth with ram assistance. The boat comes with a Sport Trail triple axle trailer. Engines have approximately 650 hours of operation.
