The 2021 Fountaine Pajot Elba 45 is a three-cabin catamaran built in fiberglass with a 44-foot length and 24-foot beam. Powered by two Volvo diesel engines rated at 120 horsepower combined, the yacht offers the stability and spaciousness characteristic of the catamaran design. The boat features three heads and is configured in the Maestro Owner's Version with Comfort/Luxury package specifications.
This catamaran is equipped with substantial systems for extended cruising. Power generation and storage include a 1,050-watt solar array, an 800-amp-hour lithium battery bank, a 5,000-watt inverter, and a 7-kilowatt Onan generator. An Aqua-Base watermaker produces 105 liters per hour of fresh water. Navigation systems comprise a Garmin suite with dual chartplotters and autopilot.
Additional features include an electric tender platform, a Gala 340 Hypalon tender with 20-horsepower Suzuki outboard, full cockpit and helm enclosures with sunshades, Flexiteek throughout the cockpit and helm areas, a Spade 40-kilogram anchor, and 70 meters of re-galvanized chain.
