2021 Galeon 500 Fly

This 2021 Galeon 500 Fly is a 53-foot flybridge yacht built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo Penta D11-670 diesel engines delivering 1,340 combined horsepower. She cruises at 25 knots and reaches a top speed of 30 knots. The beam extends to nearly 20 feet in beach mode, maximizing interior volume and entertaining space both above and below deck.

The saloon features panoramic electrically-opening side windows and sliding aft coaming walls that transform the interior into an open entertaining area. Below deck are a full-beam owner's stateroom, two guest cabins, and three heads. The flybridge includes a wetbar, icemaker, grill, and generous seating. A 69,000 BTU chilled-water air conditioning system and 15kW diesel generator provide climate control and onboard power.

Navigation and stabilization equipment includes Raymarine chartplotters, radar, autopilot, and AIS. A Seakeeper 6 gyroscopic stabilizer reduces rolling, while bow and stern thrusters and a hydraulic swim platform add maneuvering capability and convenience. The boat features a hard top and straight shaft drive.

The yacht has been stored out of the water in a climate-controlled covered facility for nearly half her life, keeping hours low and preserving the hull and systems.
