2021 Humber Ocean Pro 8

The 2021 Humber Ocean Pro 8 is a 26-foot rigid inflatable built on a fiberglass hull with heavy-gauge stainless steel fittings throughout. Powered by an Evinrude Gen 2 E-Tec 300 outboard, the boat reaches 55 knots at full throttle and cruises at 25 knots. The engine has run only 63 hours since launch and remains under warranty through 2026. A 6hp Mercury outboard is also included aboard. The hull features reinforced tubes at the bow, double rubbing strakes, a large samson post, four lifting eyes, and a double A-frame with radar mounting bracket, built for offshore and commercial capability.

The open bow section includes a sunken deck locker with a bespoke waterproof storage bag for anchor and lines. The console is hinged and folds back to access twin batteries. Navigation and engine control are managed through a Garmin 10-inch GPS plotter, Garmin radar, Class B AIS, Standard Horizon VHF with DSC, and Evinrude digital gauges. A Fusion stereo system and Garmin GT56-UHD fishfinder with sonar complete the electronics suite. Seating comprises two Ullman suspension helm chairs installed by Humber's factory, two fixed jockey seats, and an aft bench with sealed storage beneath.

During winter 2025–26, the boat underwent comprehensive upgrades. The Evinrude received a full five-year overhaul and service in January 2026 at 58 hours, including water pump replacement and diagnostic work. New dual marine batteries were installed, along with an auto bilge pump. Hull and transom were prepared and anti-fouled with two coats. Flexiteak decking was applied throughout by Advanced Marine Decking. Professional covers with reinforced stitching and stainless fittings were fitted, and a heavy-duty waterproof bow bag was installed. The boat is supplied with a 2021 twin-axle Remorques Mecanorem trailer with tiltable chassis and collapsible mudguards, serviced in 2025 and never launched into water.
