2021 Key West 263 FS

The 2021 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with a 9-foot-3-inch beam. Twin Yamaha 200 hp four-stroke engines with fly-by-wire control power the boat, with 182 hours on the engines. The hull features a slate gray two-tone color scheme. Navigation and electronics include dual Garmin 1243XSV chartplotters, VHF radio with antenna, and digital multi-function gauges. Entertainment consists of a Fusion AM/FM Bluetooth sound system with amplifier, subwoofer, and eight speakers.

The boat is outfitted for both fishing and cruising. Fishing features include 22 rod holders distributed throughout the boat, two live wells, four pop-up fender holders, and four forward rod and cup holders as part of the sandbar package. Cruising amenities include 16 cup holders, a built-in cooler with slide, and a flushable toilet. The helm features premium flip bolster seating with armrests and rod holders, complemented by a white powder-coated hardtop with accent colors and white stainless steel rub rail. Additional features include a console dash and floor helm pad, filler board with cushion, side entry door with hidden ladder, under-deck windlass, power-assist steering, and folding bolster leaning post.

Standard construction includes positive upright flotation throughout the hull for safety. Access to the bilge area is designed for full maintenance, with space large enough for a person to crawl inside and sit. Seven-color underwater lighting adds optional ambiance.

A custom 2026 Road King tandem torsion axle aluminum trailer is included. The trailer features hydraulic brakes, Vortex no-touch hubs, aluminum wheels, radial tires, LED lighting, and loading guides.
