2021 Lagoon 46

This 2021 Lagoon 46 is a modern fiberglass catamaran built for extended cruising and family voyaging. At 45 feet in length with a 26-foot beam, the hull delivers the generous interior volumes and stability characteristic of the design. Twin Yanmar diesel engines rated at 57 horsepower each drive the yacht with foldable three-bladed propellers, supported by 1,040 liters of fuel capacity and 600 liters of fresh water. A 100 L/h watermaker enhances self-sufficiency at anchor.

The layout comprises four cabins and four heads, with a flybridge providing additional outdoor gathering space. The cockpit features teak trim on the aft skirts, a large folding table, Heritage Papyrus cushioning, and a hydraulic Tenderlift platform for tender and toy access. A composite bimini tops the flybridge for weather protection.

Power and autonomy receive serious attention. The electrical system includes 220-volt shore power circuits, dual battery chargers at 40 and 60 amperes, a 2000-watt 12/220-volt inverter, reinforced AGM battery banks, three additional 140-amp service batteries, three lithium batteries, and six flexible solar panels. This configuration supports extended periods living aboard with minimal external power.

Navigation equipment centers on a complete B&G suite: a 16-inch Zeus 3S touchscreen with European charts, VHF radio with integrated AIS, B&G joystick helm control, and cameras mounted beneath the flybridge. On-deck systems include electric winches, a Dacron mainsail with lazy bag, and Code 0 rigging with furler. An 8-person life raft and tender—a CL 340 with Honda 20-horsepower outboard—complete the inventory.
