The 2021 Malibu Wakesetter 22 LSV is a 22-foot fiberglass wake and ski boat powered by a 360-horsepower Malibu Monsoon 5.3-liter engine with 195 hours of use. Built around Malibu's Wake Plus hull technology, the boat delivers the wave and wake performance the platform is engineered for. It seats up to 14 and reaches speeds of 38 mph.
Wake and water sports equipment define the boat's setup. The hull includes a four-unit HI Flo factory ballast system plus two PNP Fat Sac ballasts totaling 1140 pounds, a Power Wedge III, and a Surf Gate with Malibu Surfband for wave creation. The G5 tower in black supports two pivoting wakeboard racks. Additional features include a flip-down swim platform, ballast monitoring system, zero-off GPS, and transom-mounted camera with wide-angle view.
The cabin is outfitted for comfort and entertainment. A dual-battery system powers the helm, which features a sport dash with rotary joystick and wireless charging. Audio includes a 500-watt amplifier, two Wet Sounds Icon 8 tower speakers, eight side speakers, and a 12-inch subwoofer. The boat carries a 3-outlet heater with blanket, built-in icebox, dual coolers under the transom seats, a Bimini top with Gen II Surf boot, and tinted windows throughout.
Maintenance was completed in 2026 following Malibu's schedule using factory parts. Work included full hull polish and wax, interior detailing and treatment, engine oil and filter change, fuel filter replacement, spark plug renewal, sea strainer and impeller service, transmission and V-drive fluid changes, and V-drive alignment. A tandem-axle trailer with spare tire carrier is included, fitted with four new tires, stainless ratchet straps with retractable design, LED transom step, and folding tongue.
