The 2021 Onslow Bay 33 Tournament is a center console fishing platform built on a fiberglass hull with foam-core construction throughout. The boat measures 33 feet in length with a 9'11" beam and draws on a Positive Lift Ventilated Step Hull design featuring a 48-degree entry and 24-degree deadrise at the transom. The 7-degree reverse chine and pronounced bow flare are engineered for a dry ride in varied conditions. Three Mercury engines totaling 900 horsepower power the boat, with planing achieved at 16 mph despite the triple-engine setup. Joystick control and Lenco Marine trim tabs with auto-retract provide responsive handling.

The layout centers on a single-level deck with multiple fishing stations. The forward section houses an insulated 600-quart fish box with divider and separate 240-quart cooler box. Two pairs of insulated 230-quart side fish boxes are positioned amidship and in the cockpit. A 45-gallon transom livewell with Carolina blue interior and dual 800 gph pumps supports live bait management. The console features a 125-quart cooler seat with side entry and includes a Duradek pad with phone chargers on top. An aluminum T-top with fiberglass hardtop, LED spreader lights, rod holders, and electronics box is standard.

Construction prioritizes durability: 100% vinyl ester resin-infused laminate, all structural bonding with Plexus specialty adhesives, and a 357-gallon fuel tank foamed and fiberglassed into place. Stainless steel hardware includes six pop-up cleats, bow light, piano hinges, and slam latches throughout. The deck is self-bailing with check-valve drains. Mercury hydraulic power steering, a 13.5-inch Gemlux steering wheel, dual fuel fills, freshwater washdown, and comprehensive LED lighting are included. Electrical systems comprise dual 31 Series AGM batteries with a 3-bank charger and dual Rule bilge pumps.
