The 2021 Protector 330 Targa is a 33-foot rigid inflatable built on a hand-laid fiberglass hull with a high-impact design and UV-resistant Hypalon tubes. Twin Mercury Verado 350 HP engines with 200 hours power the boat, paired with a bow thruster, Lenco trim tabs with auto-retract, and a Maxwell underbow auto-anchoring system. The helm includes Simrad 2021 electronics with a 16-inch plotter, sounder, 24x HD Halo radar, and AIS VHF, plus Fusion Apollo marine stereo with six speakers.
The enclosed cabin features increased headroom and interior space with a redesigned dash, tinted flat windscreen with integrated wipers, and an opening sunroof. The pilothouse accommodates the captain and passenger with soft-rider chairs, recessed footwells, and integrated overhead handrails. An offset companionway and flip-up quarter seat lockers provide access and watertight storage.
Belowdecks, a split rear bench seat with under-seat coolers faces outboard, while Ultralon flooring with a teak board pattern covers the deck. An in-cabin electric head with holding tank serves sanitation. A diesel heater with thermostat maintains comfort, and a solar battery drip charger supports auxiliary power. The 177-gallon fuel tank includes dual fueling stations at the transom.
Standard equipment encompasses 316 stainless steel hardware throughout, self-bailing scuppers at bow and transom, 1000 and 1100 GPH manual and automatic bilge pumps, LED lighting systems, and extensive grab handles and handrails. Bottom paint is recent. A 2021 Hoskins trailer is available with the purchase.
