2021 Ranger 2360 Bay

This 2021 Ranger 2360 Bay is a 23-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 300-horsepower Mercury engine. The hull features a flared bow designed to handle rough water, combined with a shallow draft suited to flats work. The boat carries Ranger's reinforced chine construction and foam flotation system throughout. The engine has 146 hours on it, with the 300-hour service already completed.

The layout centers on a full-width console with a lower front casting deck and flip-down rear jump seats. The boat includes two live wells—the forward one doubling as an insulated cooler—plus a dedicated fish box. Storage is integrated throughout the cabin and deck spaces. A jack plate and trim tabs are installed for depth and trim control.

Electronics consist of two 12-inch Simrad chart plotters equipped with side scan, down scan, and traditional sonar. Two Power Pole shallow-water anchors with 5-foot blades and updated control boards are mounted. Underwater lights and both forward and aft deck lighting round out the equipment package. An original Ranger trailer is included.

The boat was stored on a covered trailer for four years and recently placed on a dock lift. The hull sustained damage four years ago that was professionally repaired; evidence of the repair is visible as a gelcoat line on the starboard deck where the nonskid was matched. The trolling motor was recently serviced with a new GPS unit, main board, and remote control installed. A fuel sender requires replacement to restore full functionality.
