The 2021 Regency 230 LE3 is a 25-foot aluminum pontoon built around three 26-inch powder-coated pontoon logs with lifting strakes, designed for responsive handling and stable performance. The boat measures 8.5 feet across the beam and sits on a single engine. Its construction includes the manufacturer's Diamond Coat 2.0 powder-coating system applied to logs, railings, and Bimini hardware, with a Rail-Lock rail system for the mooring cover.

The layout centers on four spacious lounges fitted with Stow More storage compartments and lockable compartments throughout. Port and starboard bow couches sit forward, with a matching pair aft. The raised helm features a Lowrance HDS LIVE 7 depthfinder and chartplotter, along with hydraulic tilt steering and a reclining, swiveling captain's chair. A co-captain's chair with fence-mounted drink holder occupies the adjacent position.
