The 2021 Scout 330 LXF is a 33-foot center-console built on a composite hull powered by twin Mercury Verado 350 outboards producing 700 hp combined. The boat planes in approximately 5 seconds and reaches speeds over 60 mph. A double-stepped hull design minimizes bow rise during acceleration and maintains a level trim angle underway, while the Carolina-style bow flare and tumblehome stern contribute to smooth ride quality in variable sea conditions.
The layout centers on an open, sociable design. Twin high-back helm seats face the console, while forward loungers and a retractable bow dining table accommodate guests. A berth sleeps one below the inner console, served by an electric marine head and overhead lighting. Ample storage is distributed throughout the boat, and Sea-Dek non-skid flooring covers the deck areas.
Joystick control and a Garmin autopilot simplify handling and operation. Electronics include a Garmin Marine Open Array Radar and FLIR thermal camera, both finished in black to match the hardtop powder coating. A Seakeeper 2 gyroscopic stabilizer reduces rolling motion. The stereo system is a Deluxe JL Audio installation. The hull employs advanced epoxy-infusion construction to optimize weight and structural strength.
