2021 Technohull Explorer 40

The Technohull Explorer 40 is a 40-foot rigid inflatable powered by twin Mercury Verado 450R outboards delivering 900 horsepower. Built in Greece, the boat combines a patented deep-V, triple-step hull designed for efficiency and seakeeping with genuine offshore performance. It cruises at 30–35 knots and reaches top speeds exceeding 65 knots while maintaining composure in challenging conditions.

Topside, the deck layout prioritizes both social space and practicality. Generous sunbathing areas, three cockpit chairs, integrated storage, and premium materials create a refined environment for day cruising or anchoring. A hard top provides weather protection, and the bathing platform with integrated ladder facilitates water access. Teak detailing and underwater lighting complete the deck setup, which includes an electric anchor winch, shower, and dining table.

Below deck, a surprisingly spacious cabin houses a double berth and separate enclosed head with shower facilities—an uncommon level of accommodation for a performance boat of this type. The 750-liter fuel tank and 750 engine hours support extended cruising capability.

Systems throughout reflect the boat's dual purpose as both a high-performance platform and comfort-focused cruiser. Navigation equipment includes a 12-inch Raymarine touchscreen chartplotter with integrated sounder and autopilot. The entertainment system features Fusion audio with MP3 playback, six speakers, amplification, and mobile app control. Mechanical features include a bow thruster, trim tabs, engine flush system, battery charger, and multiple bilge pumps.
