This 2021 Tracker Pro 195 XTE is a 19-foot aluminum bay boat powered by a 150 hp Mercury Pro XS four-stroke engine. The boat has been used lightly—fewer than 20 hours on the motor and only six outings on the water—and was stored indoors in a non-leaking barn.
The layout centers on a tournament-style raised casting deck with 39 square feet of space, dual rod boxes with organizers, and a center tackle station. The bow holds passenger rod storage for six rods and two pedestal seats. The cockpit features three-across seating with storage beneath the center seat, while an elevated aft casting deck provides additional deck storage. Equipment includes a 30-gallon fuel tank, built-in 30-quart cooler, six drink holders, fire extinguisher, horn, and paddle. The console features Baystar hydraulic steering, a one-piece molded design with tinted windscreen, and gauges for speed, fuel, RPM, trim, voltage, and water pressure.
Electronics and propulsion systems are substantial: two Lowrance Hook Color fish finder and GPS units mounted at the console and bow, a Minn Kota Maxxum 24V trolling motor with 70 lbs thrust and foot control, and a 750 GPH aerator and fill pump on timer. The livewell system is a lighted 27-gallon aft unit with aerated divider, timer, recirculator, pump-out, and overflow drain. Battery management includes three-bank charging with one cranking and two trolling batteries. Additional systems include a 750 GPH bilge pump, bow and console courtesy lights, and stowable navigation lights.
The aluminum hull is fully welded with variable dead rise, a power track offset transom for hole shot performance, and factory-matched stainless steel propeller. Diamond Coat 2.0 finish and pressure-treated floors enhance durability. The custom single-axle trailer has aluminum wheels, a full-size spare, carpeted bunks, and submersible LED lighting.
