The 2022 Ascend 9R is a nine-foot sit-on-top recreational kayak built with a one-piece rotomolded hull. The design emphasizes stability and maneuverability in a compact, open layout that balances performance with comfort for all-day paddling.

The boat features a raised, padded four-point adjustable seat with neoprene-covered foam backing for extended comfort on the water. An open floor plan with no fixed footbraces allows paddlers flexibility in positioning. Molded-in drink holders, side pockets, and a weathertight deck plate storage compartment keep gear, snacks, and drinks secure and accessible. A quick-rest molded channel provides temporary paddle storage.
