2022 Bali CATSPACE

This 2022 Bali Catspace is a 38-foot composite catamaran powered by twin Yanmar 3JH40 diesel engines of 40 hp each, with approximately 940 engine hours. The boat features three double cabins, three heads, and accommodates eight people total with a convertible saloon berth. The layout emphasizes spacious living with an open connection between the saloon and aft cockpit, generous storage throughout, and an integrated flybridge with sunbathing area.

The galley includes an L-shaped layout with a three-burner gas cooktop and Eno oven, Liebherr refrigerator-freezer unit running on 220V, and a double sink. Climate control is provided by reversible air conditioning. Three full bathrooms serve the accommodation spaces. Water systems include pressurized hot and cold water, a 760-liter fresh water tank, and an Aqua Base desalination unit producing 90 liters per hour.

Sail plan consists of an Elvstrom full-batten mainsail with German track, a genoa, lazy bag and lazy jack system, and boom extension. All sail controls are led to the helm with electric Lewmar winches and deck blocks. The rigging was serviced in 2025. Navigation and electronics are comprehensive Raymarine systems including a multifunctional Axiom display, VHF with dual stations, AIS transceiver, autopilot, depth and speed instruments, and Fusion audio with Bluetooth capability.

Electrical power includes 12V and 220V circuits, four 130Ah Victron lithium service batteries, four rigid 100W solar panels on a Victron MPPT controller, a Multiplus charger-converter, a dedicated Victron converter for refrigeration, and a 5.0 kW diesel generator. Deck equipment includes a 1000W electric windlass with 60 meters of chain, bossun's chairs, full anchoring gear, fenders, lines, and a rigid bimini with integrated canvass covers. A tender with electric outboard motor and ocean safety gear are included. Engine servicing was completed in September 2025.
