2022 Bay Rider 2260 Skiff

The 2022 Bay Rider 2260 is a 22-foot fiberglass skiff built to handle both serious fishing and shallow-water cruising. Powered by a Yamaha F150 with 139 hours, it reaches cruising speeds in the mid-30s and tops out in the mid-40s. Carolina-built construction gives the hull durability and reliability in demanding conditions.

The boat is well-equipped for fishing and day use. Electronics include a Garmin 94sv chartplotter and Fusion stereo system. For boat control, it features a Seastar tilt helm with stainless steel steering wheel, hydraulic steering with upgraded lines, and a Minn-Kota Terrova trolling motor with Spot Lock. A Power-Pole Blade anchoring system is installed.

Fishing features are comprehensive: a livewell with recirculating aerator, large casting platform, six Mate Series rod holder and cup holder combinations with deck drains, six stainless steel pull-up cleats positioned forward, aft, and midship, and recessed horizontal rod storage. The console has a lockable storage box with gasket. Additional equipment includes a dual battery switch, Yamaha digital command link gauges, and Yamaha rigging tube to the motor. Hardware throughout is 316 stainless steel.
