The 2022 Beneteau Antares 9 is a 29-foot fiberglass cruiser built for extended waterway travel. Twin Mercury 4-stroke outboards rated at 200 horsepower each power the boat, which has accumulated 188 hours and been serviced at 50, 100, and 188 hours. The bottom was painted in September 2022. The boat is trailerable and comes with optional cabinetry for additional storage.
The interior spans two staterooms and one head with shower. The main saloon features a dinette that converts to a mate's seat or extra sleeping berth, along with abundant natural light from windows and a sliding glass roof with operable side windows. The galley includes a propane gas stove (unused), microwave, refrigerator, and generous storage. A pilothouse door and easy walk-around layout support docking and day-use.
The helm station has a bolster seat, electronic controls with automatic trim, Mercury diagnostics, marine radio, and Garmin touchscreen GPS navigation. A bow thruster with remote control is fitted. The spacious cockpit includes a convertible sofa that slides to create additional room and converts to a sun pad, plus a large wooden table. Built-in shower hose and a full canvas enclosure with isinglass (unused) protect the outdoor space. Air conditioning and heating run on 30-amp shore power. Windlass with remote and bow pads complete the setup.
