The 2022 Oceanis 40.1 is a 40-foot cruising sailboat with a fiberglass hull designed by Marc Lombard. Built on proven Oceanis principles, it combines modern performance with generous interior volume. The flared hull design and extended bow sections deliver both speed and stiffness under sail, while the deck plan maximizes space for comfortable anchoring and deck work. Power comes from a single 45-hp Yanmar diesel engine.
Below deck, the layout comprises two cabins and one head. The interior features light oak joinery throughout, with styling by Italian design firm Nauta. The starboard side holds a C-shaped galley with substantial storage and a wide work surface. To port, a large saloon provides a dining area with table and removable bench, while a chart table positioned at the companionway base offers ample working room. A notable storage cabin and garage occupy the aft port area, providing useful additional stowage.
The boat is fitted with solar panels and Starlink communications mounted above a custom bimini and dodger arrangement, supporting extended cruising. The interior layout remains fully modular, allowing flexible configuration to suit individual cruising preferences.
