2022 Brig Eagle 8

The 2022 Brig Eagle 8 is a 26-foot rigid inflatable powered by a single Mercury 300 hp XL DTS outboard. With a 9-foot-4-inch beam and composite construction, the boat carries a capacity of 16 persons and weighs approximately 2,645 pounds. The hull features Orca White tubing with white gel coat. Power delivery runs through a stainless steel propeller, with 246 hours on the engine at time of listing.

The boat is equipped for day cruising and fishing with a thoughtful layout. A T-top provides weather protection over the helm, which features a stainless steel wheel, hydraulic steering, compass, and acrylic windshield. The console houses a marine toilet and forward-facing seat. Aft seating includes a leaning post with flip-up bolster, an aft-facing seat, and cushioned seating with soft back support. Tan and Beige SeaDek decking covers the cockpit sole, with additional SeaDek on the swim platform. Canvas includes combo covers for the leaning post, console, forward console seat, and aft areas, plus a manual sunshade aft.

Navigation and communication are handled by a Garmin 1243XSV GPS, Icom 330 VHF radio, and Fusion stereo with four JL Audio speakers. Fuel capacity stands at 90 gallons with 12 gallons of water storage. A foldable stainless steel swim ladder with platform, freshwater shower and washdown system, anchor windlass with stainless steel anchor, and towing brackets round out the deck hardware. The boat includes two fire extinguishers, six life jackets, two fenders, six lines, and additional safety equipment.

At 237 hours, the engine underwent water pump and thermostat replacement along with gearlube, oil, and spark plug changes. Zinc anodes were replaced, the battery serviced, and lower unit, bottom, and engine bracket paint refreshed. The Mercury engine carries a Platinum Warranty expiring June 25, 2027, with a transfer fee applicable.
