The 2022 Cobalt CS22 is a 22-foot bowrider built on a Kevlar-reinforced fiberglass hull powered by a single 250-horsepower Volvo Penta engine. The low-profile design combines efficient proportions with functional styling, featuring an island sun lounge forward, wrap-around swim platform extensions, and full boarding step. Stainless steel windshield trim, cleats, and tow eye provide durable hardware throughout, while molded-in gelcoat graphics mark the exterior.
The cockpit layout prioritizes both comfort and control. A flip-up helm seat faces digital instrumentation housed in an etched stainless steel panel, with leather steering wheel and auto-leveling hub. An aft-facing rumble seat and walk-thru transom with integrated sun pad complete the seating arrangement. The bow includes a walk-thru door for easy access to the foredeck.
Interior details emphasize quality finishes and practicality. A JL Audio six-speaker sound system with Bluetooth and dash-mounted remote lets you connect via iPod, USB, or MP3. The helm features an accessory 12-volt power plug, depth gauge, water and air temperature readouts, and hour meter. Composite construction appears throughout—helm eyebrow, floor, seat bases, transom, cockpit liner, and stringer system—all supported by circuit breaker-protected electrical systems and manual fire extinguisher.
The boat shows 15 hours on the engine and retains its original Cobalt factory warranty along with extended powertrain coverage. A ceramic exterior coating with oxidation and fade protection is also included, as is interior coverage for rips, tears, and gouges. The finish is Frost with Navy bottom.
