The 2022 Cobalt R8 is a 27-foot bowrider powered by a single 380-hp Volvo gasoline engine. Built on a fiberglass hull, this sport boat combines open-water capability with the comfort and style Cobalt is known for.

The layout centers on a spacious forward seating area with a large swim platform at the stern and ample storage throughout. The dinette features fiberglass and teak construction, while the helm benefits from an electrically adjustable seat. Flooring includes sea grass in the main cabin and a SeaDek mat on the swim platform. A flip-down swim step provides easy water access.

Equipment includes twin 10-inch Garmin screens, dual battery system with switch, trim tabs, and four in-floor storage lockers.
