2022 Contender 44 Fisharound

The 2022 Contender 44 Fisharound is a center console built on proven hull design, powered by three Yamaha 425 engines delivering 1,275 horsepower. The 44-foot beam spans 12 feet, engineered for blue-water capability and offshore range.

This boat combines open fishing space with genuine cruising accommodations. The cabin features a queen-sized berth, galley with stove and sink, refrigerator and freezer, and an enclosed head with shower. Topside includes dual row seating, an XL coffin box lounge, tackle station, and dual transom livewells with sea chest. In-deck fish boxes with macerator pumps and in-deck ice maker serve the fishing mission.

Electronics are comprehensive: dual 22-inch Garmin GPS and depth finders, Garmin integrated autopilot, Garmin Open Array radar, night vision camera, and VHF. Navigation aids include a windlass anchor system and joystick steering. The boat carries a 5-kilowatt generator, hot water heater, cabin air conditioning and heating, and a fresh washdown system. Lighting spans underwater and gunnel lights, dual light bars, and T-top spreader lights. A transom swim ladder, trim tabs, and coaming bolsters round out the outfit.

The engines have logged 479 hours and carry Yamaha warranty through January 2027.
