2022 Custom MK1

This 2022 Custom MK1 is a 33-foot steel houseboat with a 16-foot beam, built on pontoons constructed from 3/8-inch steel. The hull incorporates five sealed watertight compartments and additional vinyl flotation devices mounted between the pontoons for stability and safety. The design prioritizes ease of movement and relocation.

The living space features a wet bar with four stools, composite furniture, and a full head with toilet and sink. Fresh water capacity is 110 gallons, with a holding tank exceeding that volume. The galley includes a 12-volt refrigerator and freezer. Two 10- by 20-foot remote awnings provide shade and weather protection.

Power and utilities run on a solar system comprising five panels, four lithium batteries, and a backup mini windmill, with direct battery power and an inverter supplying all electrical loads. Ventilation is handled by two stainless steel fans. The boat's seating is scheduled to be re-upholstered.
